ATTSU industrial steam boilers are used in various agricultural production processes. These range from soil sterilization, to creating humidity or heating in greenhouses, to cleaning and horticultural treatment, or the extraction and distillation of essential oils.
Another important example is grain drying. The steam generated by our boilers allows for the removal of moisture in cereals such as corn, wheat, or rice. This ensures that they are preserved in good condition for an extended period of time. Control of pressure and temperature must be very precise, as it is advisable for the air to operate between 60 and 70 degrees Celsius in high-pressure equipment to prevent the grains from sustaining damage or cracks.
One of the indispensable uses of industrial steam boilers in the agricultural sector occurs in facilities for the generation and utilization of biogas. The electrical energy generated, for example in food processing plants, can be used in machinery and lighting.
