Bottling industry
The steam from our ATTSU boilers is used in the bottling industry for both the manufacturing of bottles from various materials and the actual bottling of beverages and other liquids for various uses.
Bottling is one of the processes that must be attended to with special care to ensure the quality and hygiene of the contents, avoiding contamination during each process. That's why steam is used for bottle washing and equipment cleaning, ensuring precise control and variable heat loads, depending on the liquid to be bottled.
Saturated steam is, in this latter regard, highly recommended for the bottling industry when it comes to sterilizing different containers. Boilers that utilize it have a higher performance than those that have water carryover.
Attsu offers several models in its industrial steam boiler catalog that are specifically designed for bottling processes. Among them are the water-cooled H-type fire-tube boilers, and CSPM, designed for any type of biomass. Also included are the BV models, ideal for recovering heat from the exhaust gases of cogeneration turbines and furnaces.
Our steam boilers more frequently chosen by our customers from this industry are the following:
The H boiler is a steam boiler that is horizontal, fire-tube with three passes and steam chamber. The chamber is completely cooled by boiler water.
The CSPM boiler is a three-pass horizontal fire-tube steam generator, with a furnace designed for Biomass.
ATTSU BV is a steam boiler designed to recover the heat from engine or turbine exhaust at cogeneration facilities.
