Oil industry
At ATTSU, we design and manufacture various steam boilers and thermal fluid boilers specifically used in the production of industrial fats and oils.
Among these processes are critical stages such as the extraction of oil from various fruits and seeds, sterilization, or heating— for example, to soften during refining, qualities like smell and taste. In each case, being able to maintain precise temperature control ensures the quality and safety outcomes demanded by the market.
Steam boilers are employed, for example, when thoroughly sterilizing plant material that will subsequently be pressed (olives, palm fruit, etc.). It is important that the treatment can be as delicate as each product requires. Thus, depending on the maturity of the fruits, a higher or lower pressure of saturated steam is applied.
Our catalog offers two types of high-efficiency thermal fluid boilers used in the oil industry. On one hand, they can be powered by natural gas, LPG, diesel, or fuel oil, featuring three-pass flue gas and being either vertical or horizontal in type. They can also have resistances that convert heat into electrical energy.
Our steam boilers more frequently chosen by our customers from this industry are the following:
Three passes horizontal fire-tube with reverse flame steam boiler. The chamber is completely cooled by boiler water.
The FT boiler is a Thermal Fluid Generator, with horizontal execution with three passes and high thermal efficiency.
The ATTSU FTE thermal fluid electric boiler uses electricity for thermal energy. It is transformed into heat by electrical resistances submerged in the thermal fluid with very high thermal performance and very fine working condition adjustments.
