ATTSU has manufactured and installed a 3000 kg/h biomass boiler working at 10 bars in Ogun State in Nigeria.
This cocoa industry producer uses cocoa husk and waste resulting from seed cocoa manipulation in order to produce steam.
This supplied biomass boiler has fully automated operation and includes automatic blowdown, second feed water pump, salinity control and ash removal system.
It includes start-up of boiler in stand-by using excess steam from other boilers in factory, which enables to keep this boiler pressurised and ready for instantaneous operation.
Additionally, a remote monitoring has been incorporated for connection to boiler enabling our technical service assistance from our ATTSU headquarters office.
