ATTSU installs a 4,000 kg/h steam boiler for saturated dry steam at Bodegas Torres in Pacs del Penedés (Barcelona).

One ATTSU Natural gas boiler has been installed to support the existing biomass boiler in order to absorb steam consumption peaks and biomass boiler maintenance tasks.

Bodegas Torres, within its Torres & Earth program, and its eco-friendly policy, according to the information shared by this company has started up Thermax de 2 MW absorption machine achieving a combined heat and cooling production.

This new boiler is linked to an absorption cooling system which according to Torres Technical Department "will produce significant reduction in energy consumption at Pacs del Penedés winery: around 10% of electric power”.

Bodegas Torres and ATTSU, once again, opt for a more energy efficient and sustainable world.
