Leading pharmaceutical company at international level opts for an ATTSU Boiler

ATTSU has started up a 2,000 kg/h ATTSU boiler working at 8 bars at leading pharmaceutical company new venue at Parets del Vallès Industrial Park (Barcelona) in which will achieve two-fold fractioning capacity in plasma in Spain up to 4.2 million liter/year.

The leading pharmaceutical company at international level opts for an ATTSU Boiler, offering a better high technology solution compared to competitors. Main operating parameters are controlled and managed by Modbus communication.The New boiler is composed of the following management and control elements:

• Control Panel including PLC Siemens S7-1200    
• Automatic Blowdown
• Automatic Second Feed Water Pump    
• Automatic TDS Salinity Device
• Sample Cooler    
• Burner Oxygen Control
• Continuous Feeding Economizer and Detection Level 
• 24 hours Indirect Surveillance Security System  
• Complete Polluted Condensate Detection System     

The pharmaceutical company new venue at Parets del Vallès Industrial Park (Barcelona) was inaugurated by former President of the Generalitat de Catalunya, Artur Mas in 2014.

The inauguration also hosted former Health Department Manager Boí Ruiz, Business and Occupation Department Manager Felip Puig and the Mayor of Parets del Vallès Sergi Mingote.

This new project will gradually create around 100 employment opportunities up to 2022, including direct and indirect jobs.
