In addition to its manufacturing, there are some good practices when maintaining industrial steam boilers that ensure that the equipment runs as effectively as possible. ATTSU recommends:

 

• Installing an economiser.
• Keeping the boiler's gas outlet clean
• Preheating the air for combustion
• Keeping the burners under control to improve the quality of combustion (air/fuel balance)
• Keeping the insulation of the valves and taps of the installation in good condition.
• Checking the steam traps and possible steam losses in the installation
