The criteria used to calculate which boiler is the most suitable for a specific industrial process are as follows:
Output: this is the most immediate measure, and consists of calculating the work that the new boiler is expected to do, compared to the energy it will need to operate and the operating time.
Working or design pressure: calculated to determine how high the boiler will go while operating. The steam consumption point farthest away from the production point in the boiler must be taken into account.
Steam production: the steam consumption necessary for the process to which the system is to be applied is crucial when adjusting the dimensions of the boiler and the extent of the circuit.
Continuous working temperature: the correct temperature must be maintained for the maximum operating time, without requiring extra work to keep it constant.
The industrial boilers manufactured and sold by ATTSU are fully adapted to the needs of customers, and its boiler designs go beyond the standard models.
