Industrial boilers are installed on bedplates to overcome unevenness on the floor and for other reasons:
-In order to distribute the weight of the boiler in operation across the floor or floor structure
-Boilers must be insulated from the ground to prevent accidents that end up with fuel leaking onto the ground, even if it is paved.
The minimum height of these bedplates is usually between 5 and 15 cm above ground level.
ATTSU boilers are designed to be able to be placed on a level floor, with no need for a bedplate, as they have their own bedplate for distributing the weight evenly.
ATTSU also designs and constructs boiler rooms, adapting the space available to the specifications of the equipment in order to ensure maximum security.
