Hot water boilers

ACEHV

With a high voltage supply of 3,000 – 25,000 V

The ACEHV is an electric water boiler (E-Boiler) with immersion electrodes, With a medium voltage supply of 3,000 – 25,000 V

With production from 4.000 kW to 55.000 kW.

It's main summed up characteristics are:

The ACEHV is an electric water boiler (E-Boiler) with immersion electrodes,
• With a medium voltage supply of 3,000 – 25,000 V Its main summarized features are:

• Thanks to over 70 years of accumulated experience and continuous research, the ACEHV boiler, due to its thick and high-density insulation, has very low radiation losses.

• Great accessibility for maintenance and inspection, due to the removable inspection cover and panels on the pressure body. • Immersion electrodes with a peak test of up to 42 kV.

• The entire boiler is perfectly insulated with a 100 mm thick mineral wool blanket, covered with AISI-304 stainless steel sheeting, minimizing radiation losses and providing long-lasting resistance to oxidation and chemical attacks in corrosive environments.

• With power staging from 8% to 100%, the ACEHV makes for a flexible and modulating electric water boiler in water supply.

• Upon request, the ACEHV boiler can be supplied with the ATTSUTROL control cabinet, with integrated PLC and HMI, allowing for 24 or 72-hour monitoring. ATTSUTROL allows remote connection via VPN through Ethernet, enabling instant technical service anywhere in the world.

• The ACEHV boiler, with a single control for startup, incident indicators, automatic locks against erroneous maneuvers, and a panel with summarized maintenance instructions, makes it very reliable and comprehensible for boiler operators.

• The boiler’s calculation and construction adhere to the German TRD Code and EN 12953 standards, the European Pressure Equipment Directive PED 2014/68/EU, and the Pressure Equipment Regulations (REP).
